XcelUX BOOTCAMP REFUND POLICY

At XcelUX, we strive to provide the highest-quality education and support to help you succeed in your UX/UI career. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our program, our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Refund Policy

  1. Full Refund

    • A full refund will be issued if you withdraw from the bootcamp within 14 days prior to the course start date.

  2. Partial Refund

    • If you withdraw after 14 days prior to the course start date but before the first day of class, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the tuition fee.

  3. No Refund

    • No refunds will be issued if you withdraw on or after the course start date.

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a Request: To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@xcelds.com with your full name, enrollment details, and reason for withdrawal.

  2. Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

Additional Information

  • Program Changes: If you wish to switch to a different cohort or session, please contact our support team. Transfer requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Special Circumstances: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you have a special situation, please reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
